How to activate the FCB Supporters’ Clubs World Confederation account

For the World Confederation’s registry, once we enter the information you provided, you will receive an email with a unique code and instructions that you can use to activate your digital ID, have access to your digital penyista card, and sign up for the Club del penyista. 

In case the automated directions are not clear enough (they are generated by the Confederation directly), here are some instructions that could help you. 

  1. Once you have received an email with your unique code, go to the e-Office site at this LINK:
  2. In the box, below “Login”, click on “Register” in the question “Are you a new user Register”.
  3. A new window will open up and below “Register” the question “Do you have a unique code?” 
  4. Type the unique link code that you received and provide any missing information requested or correct anything that needs to be (all information marked with an asterisk is mandatory).
  5. Create a Username and Password, following the security requirements as noted. 
  6. Read the information that follows about the use of your personal data and click on the box “I have read and understood the terms and conditions set forth herein”. The second box is optional. Finally, click on “Register”. 
  7. Your registration is now complete and you have activated your digital ID. 
  8. After registering, you will be taken back to the main home page and on the horizontal menu above, you will find the following options: “Home”, “Digital Penyista Card”, “Penyista Club”, and “Online Procedures”. If you have a physical penyista card, the “Digital Penyista Card” is a digital version of the same; the “Penyista Club” is where you can obtain information on discounts, but you have to register first (for your information, most of the discounts only apply to people living in Catalunya, Spain or Europe); and in “Online Procedures” you can find what supporters’ club you are linked to and will have access to managing the registration of a minor under your care.
  9. To modify your personal data, go to the right top blue navigation bar, click the downward arrow next to your name, and select “Profile”. Then, in the new window that it will appear below, click on “Edit” in the red box.
  10. In the same drop-down menu next to your name, you can also click on “Change Password” to make any changes to your password, and to Log out.
  11. You are all set!
